The pre-school believes that the children deserve the highest quality staff.  As such it is committed to providing ongoing personal development.  This includes attendance at relevant seminars and conferences and also training courses relevant to the responsibilities undertaken.

The pre-school has a member of staff specifically assigned to special educational needs provision.
